Download and install a little program called Mailwasher.  Run this at
startup.  Let it catch and bounce all the spam before you run our mail
program.  Run your regular mail program and enjoy the clean reading.

Either that or do away worth the catch-all addy.  The mere thought of a
catch all addy on my domain makes me shiver.
