This is the problem with majordomos: If the owner wants it to be that way,
or does not configure them in an appropriate way, is someone subscribe a
list there using your email you get automatically subscribed, without the
need of a confirmation reply, or any other verification mechanism.

Also I could see that this majordomo is currently disclosing email addresses
and other information about 25.000 of it's subscribers through the WHICH @
command. I warned the owner about the fact and took the liberty of putting
your email address in bcc, in case you are interested.

About your subscription to the mailing list moments, if you are really
interested in knowing who subscribed you, should write to moments-owner and
majordomo-owner asking them if they can give you that information, that is
certainly in their logs.
