First of all, it doesn't matter whether you care or not. Those are the
posting rules that Julian set up for posting here. You either abide by
those rules or don't complain if and when your spam posts are cancelled
for being in the wrong group. One person already complained here in the
past that his e-mail account was shut down because he kept ignoring the
"no spam posting" rule which apparently led to someone filing a
complaint with his ISP. Let that be a warning that there are
consequenses for blatantly ignoring the "no spam posting" rule here.

You can prove that all you want..IN THE PROPER NEWSGROUP! No one here
ever said you couldn't post the spam as an example, just that you need
to post it only in spamcop.spam and stop ignoring the posting rules.
