[SpamCop-List] SC Bizarre Spamvertised web site reports last two days

Yesterday, then again today we've been getting bizarre reports from SpamCop
regarding  *oem*.biz site hosting.  No such site exists on our network and
the IP addresses reported are both in dynamically allocated IP pools that
are used by 40 to 100 Subscribers in a 24hr period.   The first complaint
gives no information on the SC site.  The second one gives different info
everytime I go there.  Any thoughts?
