It sounds like an OE problem, your posts are definately still on the
SC server.  Since news readers don't download every header each time
you access a group I suspect that there is a problem with your OE
file(s) that store previously downloaded headers.

I don't use OE but when Mozilla has problems I delete the "problem"
profile and then make a new profile for that server, which (so far)
has solved the problems I was having.  Maybe the same thing would
work for OE.
