Go back to your history again. Click on one of the report numbers for 
the spam in question.

Right at the top of the mail, there is a "Parse" link. Click on that and 
it takes you to the tracking page.

Near the top of that page, you'll see "This page may be saved for future 
reference:". Right under that is the link you should post.

I recommend unchecking their box in SpamCop reports.
Cyveillance are part of the problem.
They are not part of the solution.
