Black? Hatless I'd say.  Korea doesn't consider spam the same way as we do,
to them it's normal since they know nothing else.
I don't see anything from them on anything I have control over,
korea.blackholes is one of the first in my own lists. Probably the reason
some people have their own servers,  just so they can block Korea ;-)
