Twice in the case of SC spamtraps, I believe.
Also, I didn't mention this in my original response because it wasn't
directly linked to the spam problem. If you happen to activate an
autoresponder on an account subscribed to a mailing list, it
automatically becomes bulk.
Evidence shows Cyveillance abuse internet resources.
I recommend unchecking their box in SpamCop reports.
Cyveillance are part of the problem.
They are not part of the solution.
