Most people find a catch-all setup to be very undesirable - why do you
have/do that?

The spamcop reporting address is designed to strip off the first set of
headers and the associated mime attachment structures and parse the
subsequent headers for spamsource.  The structure of what you are
sending, if I understand correctly, would be a single set of headers with
additional Received lines superimposed above the original spamitem's.

Nope, it would result in nothing to be parsed or reported, unless I don't
get it.
