[SpamCop-List] any noticeable switch in spam hosting?

I noticed on the Spamhaus site that they are helping to build blacklists on
Chinanet;  since then i've tried to pay attention to hosting servers of
spamvertized items.  Has anyone noticed a small % for Chinanet now?

It seems smaller to me, but I don't report much these days, so it's a very
small sampling.
