Nope, it's an auto-ignore. They also send a slight variation, saying
they've terminated the customer. However, abuse continues to flow from
the same IPs.
Kornet are black hat to the core.
Evidence shows Cyveillance abuse internet resources.
I recommend unchecking their box in SpamCop reports.
Cyveillance are part of the problem.
They are not part of the solution.
