Yes, I got it as well.  I didn't see any mention of it here,
nor over in the forums, so I posted a message in the SpamCop Help
forum about an hour before your post here.  No response there
yet.

I'm reluctant to reply to that email, back to the sender
'harvestbug -at- spamcop.net', just in case.  I did fire off
a message to the deputies address, but that inbox is always
pretty full.

The timing might make the paranoid think it is connected with
the crash and service outage for SC email filtering/webmail.

It could also be an artifact of the bug reported on bugtraq,
which Ellen said had been fixed a while ago.  Which might
be connected with the crash and outage.  Or not.
