Someday in the distant future, archeologists digging thru the ruins of
spamcop will discover that "John McLusky" <nobody at spamcop.net> had this to
say on 13 Aug 2004:
>> in my view, no. I have CI Host blocked entirely, for instance.
> Are they really that bad? Perhaps I need to find a new web host...
It is my policy to block ISPs who sue to prevent being blacklisted. My
theory is that I do not wish to exchnage packets with ISPs whose solution
to network outages is litigation.
CI Host sued AOL when AOL listed them as a spam source. I implemented my
block of CI Host the same day. The suit is still pending in federal court
last time I checked, so the block is still in place on my servers.
