Someday in the distant future, archeologists digging thru the ruins of 
spamcop  will discover that "John McLusky" <nobody at spamcop.net> had this to 
say on 13 Aug 2004:

It is my policy to block ISPs who sue to prevent being blacklisted.  My 
theory is that I do not wish to exchnage packets with ISPs whose solution 
to network outages is litigation.  

CI Host sued AOL when AOL listed them as a spam source.  I implemented my 
block of CI Host the same day.  The suit is still pending in federal court 
last time I checked, so the block is still in place on my servers.
