Abso-luckin-footly!  And for quick-reporters, you'll be glad that
spamvertized web sites aren't LARTed by your quick report when Spammy
constructs a [possibly broken] link that points to your domain.

With more and more people creating vanity domains with their
own real name, it's easy for Spammy to guess a domain name to put
into a fake link, just to trip up spam reporters and let them
"punish" themselves for reporting the link.
