Yeah, my fault. I thought that Windows had whois available from the
command line. It doesn't.
I've no idea if there is a way to find the ASN using other builtin
Windows tools. Maybe somebody else will pipe up with an answer.
Evidence shows Cyveillance abuse internet resources.
I recommend unchecking their box in SpamCop reports.
Cyveillance are part of the problem.
They are not part of the solution.
