I have no problem here as I don't report to the scammer's
ISP's anyway, but the boundary looks b0rked on the forge.

Noting here spammy sez "Up to 8", then proceeds to put in a few
extra useless links just to be sure he has enough: like why does
he care if the scamvendor gets reported to hir ISP?

"Whassup doc? Screwy ain't it?"

Not necessarily worth discussing, but I'm not remembering seeing
many, if any, b0rked boundaries. Probably beaten to death a thousand
times before. Just another example.
