You could get a hotmail account and use that for sending.
You could also find out from your ISP if you can add additional email
addresses to your account. If so, never use the main one but use the "
throwaway" addresses they let you create. My ISP allows this, and I
have never used my primary address which is also my account ID for email.
I simply create sub-addresses, and, if they get spammed too much, I change
them.
