Please don't top post. It gets the conversation out of order and makes 
it harder to understand the context of your posts because people have to 
scroll up and down to understand what you're saying or replying to. 
Notice how Mike Easter replied inline below each quoted point and 
snipped out the rest. Inline posting keeps the conversation in a logical 
order.
