I always report the scams (419 and lottery). Others only when they are 
peculiarly deceptive or from a source unaware of its contribution to the 
noise level. Some are from well-meaning dummies; they need either a LART 
or a qualification test to use the Internet. Since the latter is not 
available, I use the former.
