I can appreciate a desire to avoid any frivolous legal action.

However, dissing an entire country because of one ISP is evidence of 
cluelessness on your part. Perhaps you missed the post earlier - or for 
that matter, all over the Internet: spammers based in the USA are 
responsible for the largest share of spam.
