The "incident" was reported on the 8pm evening news here (with clip!), 
while the newscaster could hardly keep his face straight (not that he 
tried all that hard, I think). The news, of course, was not the 
"incident" itself, but the hullabaloo it caused. "There may even be a 
federal investigation."
