I use the BINARIES NG's all the time, you can find anything you are
looking for if you know where to look.

I ALWAYS scan what I d/l for virii, even if it is a 700 MB ISO Image.

NORMALLY: The people who use the Binaries NG's are intolerant of
assholes who post Virii: The people who hold the "keys" to any NG that
has need abused WILL lock out any user posting slime. Some of these
guys are pretty smart: they can keep an abuser out even if they keep
on switching user names and News Posting sources.

I have no idea how they do it, but I have seen it done.

What you have to watch, is a NG that has gone to hell... nobody is
monitoring it, so if you D/L from there it is at your own risk.
