Agreed. I don't have a Spamcop account, I just use the parser and report 
spam that gets through my Spampal filters as a way of paying for my use 
of the parser. If I could use Spamcop to deal with bad servers that 
bounce either by reporting them through spamcop or, even betterm 
denying their mail entry in the first place, then I would sign up for a 
Spamcop account straight away.
