Are you saying it's SpamCop's fault you were providing services to 
credit card scammers?  Maybe it wasn't intentional on your part, but as 
long as there is a business association, I wouldn't consider it a joe 
job.  If you got tagged for behaving badly, and you would do well to 
fess up completely instead of trying to play victim.
