It was my intent that if an explanation was posted, or other further
information developed, that info would be posted in the Forums, and I was
providing a link to facilitate the NG users getting that info without my
further involvement. The only thing I posted there that was different than
what was posted here was a conclusion about when the fix happened, which I
drew from info already present here.

"And, as I assume most people have figured out by now, we fixed the problem
a couple of hours ago. There was a communications issue between the
reporting system and the email system, but it's been fixed."
