I've called both Charter and Comcast. The Charter incident was a while 
back a couple of years ago. At least with Charter, they finally realized 
I wasn't stupid enough to believe their BS. An abuse admin and her 
supervisor gave me their personal e-mail addresses to forward spam to 
them, and that was the only thing that got the spammer's account 
canceled. Comcast obviously has no intention of ending their spam 
support services. I really wish a Comcast abuse person would post here 
and enter a discussion, but they refuse to do it.
