One other little bit of 'irony' about RR....

RR is one of those providers which is 'exquisitely' sensitive about
relay testing;  ie they don't 'allow' any of their servers to be tested
by the accepted relay testers for blocklists, but instead, block them.

Theoretically, RR servers /should/ be secure, since they 'contract with'
[or at least did in the past] MAPS for their spam blocklisting services,
and you would think that MAPS testing processes would have some kind of
'obligation' to their client to tell them "Hey, we found your servers
open in our testing!"

But, in reality RR is only 'sensitive' and concerned about /other/
people's and provider's insecurities -- they aren't particularly
sensitive or attentive to their own.
