Ebay scams should (also) be reported to spoof at ebay.com.

Probably not pot. ;-) The Subject indicates "Cialis". Just another on-
line pharmacy.

It's probably more efficient to email a report (or cc via spamcop) to 
webcomplaints at ora.fda.gov.
