While you partially quoted the link, you missed an important part of
it ("Not all bulk/commercial email is spam." - the discussion deals
with opt-in and opt-out), which indicates (at least, to me) that
"unsolicited, bulk" means "unsolicited/bulk." The slash indicates "or
( not both) while the comma indicates "and" (both). Confusing, at
best, but for the bulk of us in this forum, unsolicited is the key
(bulk *or* commercial).

Nit picky... yeah, and definitely confusing... something that should
probably be cleared up by someone... (hint, hint, hint)
