Thank you for your honest, frank responses.  I know SpamCop
can't ever be perfect, but it can't hurt to strive for that perfection.

You are the first admin to tackle these tough questions as far as
I can tell.  I will personally feel much more secure in defending
SpamCop now that I have evidence that what we (tinw) have
been saying all along is true.

Maybe the man behind the curtain, who really is running the show,
will read some of this discussion and be motivated by it to take
some of the suggestions to heart? One can dream... :)
