How many of these reporters are new and are moles?

Did GoDaddy and eskimo.com actually receive any reports before they
were listed?  If not, how could they have done anything to protect
themselves from bad spamcop users?


Personally, I have my doubts about whether the most unforgiving reporting
method (mole reporting) is something that brand new users should be
able to get.
