There are no published plans for that using the paid SpamCop Parsing and
Reporting System model.
You could sign up for the SpamCop Mail System, a "Full featured email
account with unlimited spam reporting. Easy-to-use webmail. Advanced
features like IMAP and configurable blocking lists. Only $30/year." per
http://www.spamcop.net/accountadd.shtml and
http://www.spamcop.net/upgradeaccount.shtml . This account includes the
Held Mail folder and semiautomated Quick reporting option which have been
discussed in various SpamCop newsgroups. I have been using this method
since the beta testing stage.
