Fear not, today's spike is just a result of SpamCop limping along for 24
hours or so.  Take look at a graph for a larger timeframe - 1 week or 1
month.  You'll see that there was a problem that kept submissions/reports at
below-normal levels.  Once the problem was resolved, the backlog started
processing with a vengeance.

Worth noting: I just got the confirmation e-mail for a small batch of spam I
submitted about 30 hours ago.
