[SpamCop-List] webtv blocking spamcop AGAIN

Wouldn't you just know it.  I stopped getting spam at Hotmail now I get
it at WebTV instead.  When I forward it to spamcop I no longer get a
response.  I see that this is an on-again-off-again problem.  Do I need
to complain to webtv or should spamcop address this?
