To me, I don't see any disadvantage to having /all/ of the nntp ng/s
remain 'alive', including having links to them on the forum page.  I
also don't see any disadvantage to having as many groups in the webforum
as desired, including social or lounge or whatever.  I think the
webforums should be allowed to flourish however they can, as long as
nothing 'destructive' is done to any part of the nntp groups.  As I've
said before, I think that nntp-savvy but spamcop-unsavvy types might
rather pop into a spamcop.help nntp ng than an online one.  I see no
reason to not continue to provide them with 'guidance' to nntp
spamcop.help on the forums page.

Sometimes it is hard for me to get inside the head or 'thinking' of
those who configure and [rarely] reconfigure the spamcop pages.
