NO matter what, the fact remains, a human didn't mess it up, it was most 
likely a Microsoft program that messed it up (a program created by 
different humans).
I don't expect every so called "webmaster" out there to know every little 
do and don't. I do dream of the day that they all use more than one 
browser.
