Change your eMail address.
Before we could block phone numbers, we would have to change our phone 
number - of course you can't block your own eMail address. Just change it.
Once a spammer gets your address you're dead, you'll get bounces and 
viruses and virus bounces and false complaints.
Of course you could white-list everyone, that means you won't get any eMail 
at all, and you won't need SpamCop.
