I took my own advice and started tracking all the IP addresses these guys
are using, along with digging out the abuse reporting email addresses for
each IP address. I'm noticing a definite pattern here... and they've already
begun recycling the IP addresses, meaning that they're operating from a very
small pool.

Give me some more time, and I'll post my findings here, as well as send my
own report to the appropriate places.
