The spammer I previously had trouble with on WCG/Wiltel has now popped 
up on Hurricane Electric. I guess WCG finally dumped Omegalead since 
they always trace back to HE.net now. After several abuse complaints 
that went ignored, they took it upon themselves to pass my complaints 
down to Omegalead. I found this out because I got a reply from Omegalead 
saying that they listwashed me. So not only does HE ignore the anti-spam 
section of its AUP, but they pass complaints to the spammers themselves 
to listwash people. The AUP also has some comment about how being listed 
in Spamhaus is against their AUP and will get them kicked off HE. 
Translation: We wrote this strict AUP but we don't bother to enforce it 
until Spamhaus lists you because of our refusal to remove you. Are the 
HE admins really so stupid that they can't figure out the reason their 
clients get listed in Spamhaus is because they aren't enforcing their 
AUP? What would it take to get all of HE listed in Spamhaus? Now that 
I'm looking at who is listed in Spamhaus, I see that Omegalead is listed 
there, so HE still isn't living up to their AUP.
