[SpamCop-List] Anti-spam contest(?)

Does anyone remember a Slashdot article about a contest(?) to
see how many spammers could be shutdown in a given number of
hours?

If anyone has a link to it, or the home site, please post.
I've been searching and can't find it.  I'm curious how they
did.
