Motion to dismiss the SLAPP suit was yesterday, not much to update.

While browsing the website with updates on this legal action, I came across
a link for Buckeye Cable v. Spamcop.  Wha.....?  And there's an injunction
barring SpamCop from adding any of Buckeye Cable's IP's to the block list?

I hadn't heard about this, and completely missed it when reading the updated
filings on the OptIn v. Spamcop case.

Go to "The Filings" and scroll down a bit.  They sound a *bit* confused by
continuing to mention the "spamcop software".  I did a search on google and
found an old reference in nanae on this case, but nothing more.

Or do I have it all wrong?
