Last reference I saw was that Spamcop.net had agreed to an injunction
that spamcop.net would not list a real Buckeye Cable mail server I.P. address
from a multihop exploit originating elsewhere on the Buckey Cable network.

Any system on the Buckeye Cable network that is originating spam or relaying
spam that originated outside the Buckeye Cable network is ok to be listed
under the terms of that injunction, and that Spamcop.net would correct any
listings resulting from a multi-hop exploit as above as soon as it was
brought to their attention.

This seems to be consistent with spamcop.net's apparently previous policy of
trying to list the true source, and not multi-hop exploits.

Supposedly there was to be some followup hearings, but I have not seen anything
posted about them.
