[SpamCop-List] Problematic Listing...

Well I have a very interesting problem that probably occurrs more often then
I'm aware...

Somehow my domain/ip addy got added to spamcop's blacklist, I have no idea
it is an ip addy for a not for profit organization that deals with family
care and adoption. I've searched all through spamcop's website and can't
find anything that deals with trying to remove my addy from their blacklist.
When doing a search on the ip addy, it says that there was a spam message
sent to one of the secret spam traps that spamcop has set up... I don't
know how this could have happened, I'm fairly sure we do not have a virus on
our system that would send out anonymous/spam mail... we have real time
virus protection that scans all of our systems, and any email that goes out
of our exchange server....

Does anybody have any help/offers they can give me? Please, thanks!
