[SpamCop-List] 68.253.188.164 not listed in bl.spamcop.net

Hi,

It used to be that when you reported a spam, it was registered by 
SpamCop on the blacklist history -- and it could be seen in seconds on 
the "checkblock" page.  However, recently, I have found this not to be 
true. Twice, I have reported spams against IP 68.253.188.164 via the 
members.spamcop.net webpage.  Yet, when you look at the 
"w3m?action=checkblock&ip=68.253.188.164, it just says "not listed in 
bl.spamcop.net".  In short, my spam reporting is not being registered by 
SpamCop.  Why would that be?
