"Parsing SPAM from other sources" is a currently a no-no anyway, so this
really isn't a limitation at all...  Even if he hadn't used the mailhosts feature,
if he reported a bounced SPAM and gotten caught at it, he would have had
to suffer the consequences, whatever those may be at the moment.
