Outlook is a real problem. It wasn't designed for Internet e-mail in the
first place, only for intranet messaging with an Exchange server.

What happens is that the headers get messed about with while Outlook is
storing the mail in its own format, and it is almost impossible to
subsequently recreate the headers as they were originally.

If you have the possibility, you should switch to a different mailer -
even Outlook Express does a better job of this than Outlook.
