[SpamCop-List] Another reporting question

In an attempt to look up another abuse address related to the problem in 
my last thread, I accidentally typed something in the username box on 
the parsing form page. How do I get that to go away? Do I have to get a 
whole new SpamCop free reporting address to make it go away?
