Have you attempted to email them at that address with a simple question as
to whether or not they are still interested in stopping piracy? 
Perhaps it's the Hotmail address, maybe they simply aren't interested.
I copy them in my antipiracy reports, but I have no direct way of knowing
if they are bouncing except that SC still accepts the reporting address.
