[SpamCop-List] new site layout in iCab

the new style looks great in safari and firefox.  unfortunatly it
doesn't work too well in iCab:

the "none" style would probably work (except for the search and style
parts taking up so much room at the top), but it won't switch. 
choosing from the popup does nothing, and reloading after that takes it
back to "default".

this is iCab 2.9.8, the latest version, from http://icab.de/
i use it in preference to all others because it has excellent filtering
of ads, pop-ups, intrusive graphics, just about anything, in detail,
done per url, with wildcards.

btw, the little red "sad face" in the address bar in the screen shot
means that iCab found html errors:
