HP Secure Web Browser which is the HP supported port of Mozilla has the 
ability to be set to ask you about if you want to accept cookies, and if 
you want it to remember your decision.  The CD distributed version does 
lag behind the downloadable version, or the current "test" Mozilla drops.

It is difficult to run any graphical browser over a telnet link, and to 
accept an X-11 session from over the public internet has the potential 
to expose the displaying system to some exploits.
